How to keep password in Microsoft word and Microsoft excel Document ?
Do you know you can keep password in Ms-word and Ms-excel document.
Yes it is so simple but don't forget your password because you will be needed in future for opening that file.
The simple steps for creating a Microsoft word or excel document with a password are given below.

1. Open Microsoft word or Microsoft excel and the document you wish to keep password.
2. Click on file menu
3. Click on save as
4. Now save as window, will appear now click on the tools option in the windows.
5.  Select the option general options [or security options]
6.  This will open a save window that will allow you to keep a password used to open the file or to modify the file. Keep both password and hit enter.
7. Now Reenter the password.

Note : Password to open  means it will make the file only readable to the users who know the password.
           Password to modify means it will allow users to view the file but only edit and save the file if they       know the password.
