How to remove navbar from blogspot

First of all
Step 1. Go to Dashboard
Step 2. go to design
Step 3. go to Template Designer
Step 4. go to Advance
Step 5. Select the Add css
Step 6. Copy this code given below and paste there and the navbar will remove
