Today I found the easiest way to change fevicon or fevi icon on blogger. First of all you must have your image in small square in size or choose small size of image at almost any format.
First step
visit this site www.prodraw.net
1. upload your image
2. Select icon size (32x32 pixel tested at blogger)
3. Generate and download
Second Step
Just go to blogger Design
Click on edit (near fevicon tab)
Upload that fevicon which you have downloaded from Prodraw.
Simplest the great.
